Switching Bayer meters

I've been using a Bayer Contour Next EZ, and have received a Contour Next USB. Does anyone have an opinion about the USB? Although I'm used to the EZ, I've read that the USB will allow you to add more blood to the testing strip if you don't have enough. As it's the strips that are expensive, this would be an improvement for me.

I'm going to do my next readings using both meters, so I can see if there's any difference in their readings.

It does - I have one although I dont use it because I have a regular bayer contour USB and I can get the strips cheaper on ebay than the "next" ones (for now). You can do a second sip within a certain time period if you dont get enough blood first time. Plus if you register it you get a free wall charger which is nice and easy way to charge.

Meters vary by 20%. I wouldnt worry about comparing. Just put a line on your SS marking the new meter and start fresh. Otherwise it will drive you nuts.
