? SWITCH FROM AT3 TO FREESTYLE LITE

Hello,

I am planning to stop using Alpha Track 3 (too costly) and switch to Freestyle Lite.

Is there a way I can keep my SS? Can we open a new tab on the existing spreadsheet?

If I am not mistaken this is a question for @Diane Tyler's Mom GA but I could be wrong.

Yes, I echo what Jason says. I JUST (a week ago?) switched from the AT3 to the Relion. Absolutely no complaints. I was worried about the sample size being larger on the Relion than it is on the AT3, but we've only had a couple of issues where I've had to re-poke. And the cost savings on the testing strips (vs. the AT3) is significant. I had previously looked at the Freestyle Lite and found that its test strips are much more expensive than the Relion, and more expensive than the AT3 (AT3 was 50 for $60 and the Freestyle Lite are 100 for $100 in the US). Perhaps you live in a part of the world where this expense is different so this might not matter.

Unfortunately Relion is not available here in Canada.
I paid CAD$72 for 100 Freestyle strips vs CAD$130.00 for 50 AlphaTrack strips. So it's a significant saving. (Freestyle $1.38/strip vs AlphaTrack $2.60/strip.)

Yes, the question mark with your normal title... some folks add the question in the title as well.

You can also edit it and erase it, remove the question later after you get your feedback.

To answer your actual question, I think what Mary - @Marielle has done with her spreadsheet looks great. She noted the switch at the top and she created a row as a break demarking the change between animal-to-human meter change.

Saw Marielle's SS. She did not change the BG ranges from pet meter to human meter. Shouldn't they be modified accordingly?

Yes the color codes need to be charged
When you do switch in your signature after you have Alpha Trak put a /Freestyle Lite and the date you switched to it
On your spreadsheet up top where you have Alpha Trak do the same thing. Alpha Trak/ Freestyle Lite and date switched

Like Jason showed you put a blank line above the date you switch and put Freestyle Lite and color code it any color you want to

The last 2 color codes need to be changed
The dark green should be 50-99
The lime green should be BG<50
You can probably change it yourself
The way Marielle did it was to make another whole new set of color code ranges half way down on her spreadsheet and where she has Switched to Relion Human Meter you do not have to do that ,just do what I told you to do :cat:
