Swirching from Prozinc to Levemir where to buy in Canada?

I'm calling the vet to see about switching Fritz to Levemir.
What info do I need to give the vet in order to get it from Canada?
Just so I get this right Im suppose to ask for Levemir in Flex Touch pens 5 disposable pens 300 units ?
I just got the monoject U100 syringes 3/10cc 31g ×5/16 U hope they are 1/2 units orange cap.
Does the vet fax the script right to pharmacy or to me? Once I get this I need help knowing how much insulin.

You can either have the vet fax the prescription directly to them or you can get the prescription and fax or e-mail it yourself. You want the 5 pack of flextouch pens 5X3ml each pen holds 300 units worth.
