? Supplement question

So I was looking at the ingredients on supplements I give both my cats (I don’t always remember to give it to them) and I noticed the ingredients mention rice bran or brewers yeast. I would I find out if it’s enough to impact BG?

The easiest way I can think of is to keep track of the days you give the supplement vs the days you don't and what the BG numbers look like.
