Suggestions on PM dose for Abilene please?!

Should I stick with the 1.4 units for another cycle or should I drop down to 1.2?

I'd be sure she is rising, and at least above 170 or so. And then yes, her nadir today qualifies her for a dose decrease. Your 1.2 sounds good. I would plan to get a before bed test to make sure she is not dropping too fast.
