Good evening all, it has been a while since I’ve been here! We are still working on getting Stoney regulated, but having some other troubles. We had a small (1.5hr) road trip on Saturday and when putting him back in the carrier we noticed he had urinated on himself. This has never happened. Then I noticed today that he was trying to urinate and nothing happened. He kept going in and out and still no pee. Maybe a drop. He then started crying while laying down. I immediately took him to the emergency vet where they did an ultrasound on his bladder and it came back negative for a blockage. They took pee from his bladder and it did have some floaters in it but they were not concerned. They also did an xray to see if he was constipated and they did not see anything concerning. No crystals in urine. No infection. We opted out of the Zorbium. But he did get Onsior and subcutaneous fluids. How long until we see a change? We’ve been home for 4 hours.
