Here's the thing: I can't give accurate doses because every time I draw out some insulin from the pen, it immediately sucks it back in. Now there's a big bubble in the pen. What am I doing wrong?
Ahh because of the small dose... Boy I dont know except to draw more into the barrel then discharge it until you get the dose you need. Its kinda wastes insulin but... I dunno what else you can do.
Hold on I'm sure others have ideas.
I agree with Jeanne, take out more than you need. My syringes were kinda notorious for causing bubbles so I just would take out more than I needed, tapped the bubbles to the top, then pushed them out. It's technically wasteful but hey, Chloe's close to not needing any at all soon.
