I wrote to Stella and Chewy's to try to get the TNA numbers and received this response:

"Thank you for your interest in Stella & Chewy's. We only provide nutritional data in as-fed levels - this means that the protein and fat would be shown as GA's. The levels are all shown either frozen, or after rehydrating with cool or warm water (for freeze-dried)....The carbohydrate levels in our dinners for cats is very low – less than 1% as-fed."

I "as-fed" the same as TNA? Or is that information not what we're looking for? I'm afraid I don't understand enough about all of this to make sense of the response.

Ziwi Peak sent over the TNA immediately. Why can't all companies be that helpful!?!?

I have fed this as a snack to Chuck. He's very reactive to food and it doesn't seem to bother his numbers. I haven't fed him a whole meal of it so I can't say it wouldn't increase numbers that way.

I've tried repeatedly for years to get info from this company. No luck. Lisa Pierson got the info but they wouldn't let her publish it years ago as well. That being said an I M did suggest it and it didn't seem to have a negative effect for Max. It was too high on phosphorus to use much though.

So weird that they won't share the numbers. I've used it as a snack for him for awhile now, but I'm reconsidering it since that email. Makes me uncomfortable feeding him a product from a company that feels the need to be so secretive.
