Stella and chewys calorie count help?

Hi! I realized I should have posted here instead of thecatsite because I think you guys know more about raw.. I really need help figuring out how many calories per freeze dried nugget. I'm having a brain fart it says per cup etc but how do you measure a cup with nuggets?!

Just fill a cup with the nugets and count how many are in a cup and then device the calories/cup by the number. Since on the nuggets are not the exact same size, the the calories/nugget will vary.
