Good Morning! Stella is doing great. It is sure nice to be able to breathe a little after all of those crazy dips the past couple of weeks.

Now Stella has down her dance...I guess balance will be mine. I have to take the advice of Marjorie last night and do something for me every day...which I have not. Without balance in everything something is going to give. So I guess in Stella's health I will find mine. :mrgreen:

Hi guys .. I'm so glad to hear that stella is leveling out .. Those dips can really wear a person down! I think it's excellent advice to take time each day for yourself .. We have to deal with FD, but we don't have to let it consume us .. Have a great day guys!

We can't take care of them, if we don't take care of ourselves. I'm glad Stella is leveling out. Better for both of you!

Thanks everybody for cheering me on and making sure I follow through with doing something for me. Hmmm...what will I do today? :cool: I am on-call... so we shall see.

Stella is going to surf green again today...in a safe place... so it is nice to know she is feeling good and we can all breathe. Stella has everything in place and is looking beautiful. :mrgreen:
 
it really does help to remember this is a marathon - i know i would meltdown being in crisis mode day after day. you only have so much control over the diabetes. just try to learn all you can from people who understand the sugar dance and then you apply it as best as you can.
