States who do/don't require RX for syringes/insulin

I found this online and thought I'd post it....there was a clueless pharmacy tech at a local Giant Eagle, here in Ohio, who argued with me that I DID need an RX for syringes...I told her that was funny because I didn't need one last month AND my vet told me that same thing (and has never wrote me an RX for same)!!!
 
I wonder about the accuracy of the Islet of Hope site because it says at the bottom, "Page Updated 09/25/2007". Maybe they didn't update the date?

That one has an update date of June 25, 2002!

I bring this up because the old insulins like humulin didn't need a prescription. When Maggie was on Levemir I needed a prescription here in Ohio. But that was five years ago. I don't really know what's happening now!
