My car just tested 124. I don’t know how much to dose him in a few minutes. Yesterday and today his numbers have dropped significantly from the 400s and 500s because starting yesterday, he is on a low carb diet of pates and Epogen 90. Today, his nadir was 68. This morning, I gave him 1.5 u it’s and he was 215 pre shot. Advise? Thanks.

Joey was diagnosed on 3/10? Using Lantus and you have varied the dose almost every shot? Just making sure that I understand.
