STALLING. Pm pre shot 214, do I dose?

Scratches is at 214 pre pm dose. I'm not sure if I should shoot. She's usually not this low. I've reduced the dose to .75
Her shot time is in about twenty minutes or so. I think it'll be fine, I just wanted opinions first.
