St. Louis, MO: Trading administering duties during vacation

We draw insulin out of a Solostar Pen into a syringe to administer 1 1/2 units twice a day to our cat Hef. We are going on vacation for a week in July and wanted to know if there is a way to trade with someone administering duties. You give our cat his injections when we are on vacation and then we give your cat his injections while you are on vacation. We live in a suburb of St. Louis, MO. Zipcode 63132.
