It's official - Emma Toaster Strudel's adoption that is :RAHCAT Had a 3 week trial period before the rescue made it official dancing_cat I had no doubt that the adoption would be official - Emma got along with Leroy right away :thumbup

Emma is a sweetie cat_pet_icon She's friendly but not to the extreme that Leroy is. Leroy loves cuddling and being held. Emma doesn't care mch for that. She'll let me scratch her head and brush her but only when she wants me to.

Leroy was neutered yesterday. He had the entire hospital charmed with his exotic good looks and friendliness :-D Leroy is supposed to be kept quiet for a few days but he had the zoomies once I let him out of the carrier last night. After some playing with Emma and a late dinner, he settled in for the night. And then he got the zoomies at 3am and chased Emma around :shock: I hope the downstairs neighbor didn't hear the running and thumping :shock:

Leo is a striking kitty! What is it with these cats zooming after getting neutered and spayed. I tell you I'd be complaining up a storm and letting people know it.

Emma Toaster Strudel and the pictures of her with Leo helped make my day brighter. Thank you for sharing. They are both darling and so lucky to have each other and you. Congratulations!!!

Are they playing patty cake in the sink?

Congrats!

I saw the video, and it's a riot. Leroy seems to want to play with Emma, and Emma seems to tolerate it... to a point. I think we know who's going to be in charge of that duo. :mrgreen:
 
I agree with Celi. You have a great pair. I'm glad they are so happy and friendly together. Love the videos!
And the picture of Leroy's ears! He looks like he's part bunny. You got some ears there, Leroy.
How is Emma doing? Is she eating more raw food, now?

Glad you like the videos :-D

Emma has such a small set of ears compared to Leroy's. Even Squishy's ears were bigger than Emma's, though nowhere as large as Leroy's. Hopefully I won't ever need to poke Emma's ears.

Emma is completely on raw food now :thumbup She only likes NV chicken and Stella and Chewy's chicken... and ONLY if I put crumbled up Stella and Chewy's freeze dried chicken on top :roll: So picky. She and Leroy do get a little canned food for a midday snack whenever I'm not home.
