I wrote a whole post and the board ate it. Sigh.
The gist of it is...had a honeymoon for 10 months, saw her acting weird, and the #s were back up. Now we can't regulate her for crap. We started with 1 unit no matter the PS #, then started to increase when that didn't work. She's ALL over the place. Was eating FF GF low carb canned food, but just today switched to Sophisticat (Janet and Binky doesn't have carb % for the GF cans, and we chose the really low to 0% carbs of Sophisicat to see if that will help).
I'm at a loss. She's acting fine. Our new vet had Peter buy the iPet Glucometer (I wasn't with him), saying it's more reliable. I think that's crap...our One Touch Ultra Mini has worked fine. She's been gnawing on the wood of Peter's nightstand, so the doctor recommended a vitamin with taurine. But..isn't she getting that in her canned food? I guess that's a problem for another day.
Any advice? Suggestions? Sigh. nailbite_smile
