Spreadsheet Error message

I keep getting an error message when trying to download the 12/12 insulin template off of Google (Cynthia Chen one). I don't have Microsoft Office but use Word Perfect. Does anyone know a fix for this? It doesn't state what the specific issue is just that the spreadsheet cannot be copied at this time.

Hi! I don't think you actually download it......you use it on Google under Google docs. I sign into Google and use it right from there

When I try to use it on Google I get error message saying it can't be copied at this time. I don't have any access to type in the spreadsheet. Anyone know how to help?

Did you check the link about setting up your ss? Or look in Tech Support.....there are a lot of questions/answers there....in case no one has any ideas.

I think I got it now. Can someone confirm that they can view the spreadsheet in my signature and that the file comes up?
