? Spot vomited twice tonight

Spot vomited twice this evening. Liquid first time & 2nd time it looked like half digested food & liquid.
He had some tuna juice earlier & some food before insulin at 5:20pm. Its now 1030pm here.
this is what he looks like 15 mins ago. I think he looks nauseous.
suggestions if what to do?

Does he regularly get tuna juice? If you give tuna juice, it has to be tuna in just plain water. Even in veggie stock there can be onions, which will give GI upset. I'd give a little bit of bland food, watered down. Not a full meal, just a couple tsp, and see if he'll eat it and keep it down.

yes she has. And yes it was in water.
She is trying to food with water now

he wont take the food.

Can she try a different flavour of food? He might associate vomiting with what he ate just before that. Or she can try one of the ideas listed here: Suggestions on How to Stimulate Kitty's Appetite

I'd consider a call to the vet in the AM if he's still off his food then.

She tried his favorite sheba portion. It wasnt the same as meal previous.
Will show her the list too.

Never had pancreatitis. Thew up large pile of brown liquid stuff again that looks like partially digested food.

this morning bg is 317. Gave 12 units.
He ate two sheba pates, 1.32oz each.
He isn’t laying down like last night. He looks more normal

Yes it did. Thank god!!
He ate 2 sheba portions & later some friskies pate. Nice & flat in 200s.
he is sitting better not loafing it today.

she did notice he is walking like his back legs are turning in & wobbly. isnt that a sign of neuropathy?

If you google feline neuropathy, you can find some videos of it. They tend to walk on their back hocks, instead of on their feet.
