Special Kitty

I know many have been dismayed by the disappearance of Special Kitty from Walmart. In doing some digging (to make sure that there hadn't been a recall we should be concerned about), I found that this also happened in February 2010. Back then, they had just changed suppliers, so they cleared the shelves of the old stuff before starting the new. Details of the 2010 events here.

So, don't panic yet!!! Fingers crossed that it is back on the shelves soon in continued low carb form!!

fingers crossed for sure! Mocha takes FOREVER eating the food replacement we got her .. I don't think she likes the taste ..

Thank you so much Christie - I didn't see this. I'm going to stock up just in case. I bought a new type of food at Petsmart today too that I have to look up. Maybe they'll eat it, chances are good with them being cats, that they won't :lol:

I've started using the Sophistacat Turkey & Giblets, 1 can mixed with 1-2 cans of Fancy Feast Turkey & Giblets, otherwise, they won't eat it. *sigh*
