His +9 for the am cycle was 221 and I fed him his normal amount of food since we would be heading to the vet about an hour and a half later. I just tested him and he was 234, so I gave him .5 units.

I didn't mess things up since he ate food 3 hours ago did I? I'm going to see a movie and was planning on going to have some drinks after. I will probably be back in time for a +6 though. I'll also be able to get close to a +1.75 before leaving. If you guys think I should skip the drinks and just come back to check him after the movie I could do that.

Messed up by giving a shot a few hours after he had eaten. I just tested for a +1.75 and got 163. A little worried he might drop really low while I'm at the movie if I go. That's a 30% drop in close to 2 hours? I'll see if he wants some food now, to steer his numbers a bit, and have the fiance test him for a +4, and if I have to leave the movie early I can.
 
He was 87 @ +4, and I had Brandon give him some food to steer his numbers up a bit, bringing him to 101 @ +5. I can't even believe this is the same cat, I almost expected him to bounce this cycle from his yellow pre shot numbers. I'll get a +9 to see where we are at then. I'll have to work on getting some mid cycle numbers just in case his scale needs to be adjusted.
 
What a nice normal day yesterday was. Sorry you had to pay for it with the bounce today but he seems to be recovering from the bounces faster.

Come on Socks, you don't need to be scared of those nice blue and green numbers any more.
