Just watching the snow fall and waiting for the power to go out. Kitties are tucked in on their window beds. Wood stove rolling nearby. Wet heavy snow and scary breaking trees outside. Some day I’ll live in Tucson. For now, I’m stuck with the white crap...

Wanted to check in and say hi while we still could....

I know..Isnt this freakin crazy!!
We have at least 3 to 4 inches so far!
Snapping branches everywhere!
Oh well guess we are also stuck for now!
Stay safe everyone!

Awesome pic, and thanks for the view of the snow! I miss seeing it, growing up in Massachusetts and all. However, I have never had to "live with it" as an adult. Back then, all it meant was "yay! no school today!" I never had to shovel my way out of the garage to drive to work in it.
Snow. Beautiful to look at, but no fun to live with....
Hoping the power stays on,
Carl

I think we have about 6” of the “heart attack” snow, really wet and heavy. And it’s still comin’ down fast. Something for October here. I never remember this much snow this early. Just cleaned off my walkway and the neighbors.
I think I’ll go get a hot shower while I still can. (wood heat but elect hot water)

Stay safe kids....

Yikes, hope ya'll keep power! We only have cold rain here, it hardly ever snows & when it does usually not much. Stay safe & keep those kitties warm!

Stay safe, Donna and Denise! It is hard to believe you're having that much snow in October.
Asher and Alby sure look comfy. We've had a really nice today--cool, but very nice.

Last time we had snow in Cincinnati in October was in 1989. We were on our honeymoon in Jamaica and it snowed in Cinci, had an earthquake in San Fran during the World Series and the stock market crashed.

Wow you are getting our kind of wheather. They have been threatening snow but we havn't seen any yet.

Tonight would be a great night to curl up with a blanket, a kitty and a good book.

Stay safe.

Stay safe! It is really early for snow....it has been extremely cold here today for this time of year. We are expecting our first frost tonight, I hope this is no indication of the Winter ahead.

Once again, stay safe and warm!

Love the picture Donna!
