Hello all!

Thanks for the birthday wishes for Sneakers too bad she really doesn't even know it :lol: . Sweet 17.

These last three days have been a roller coaster for Sneakers and I think I will hold her dose because her numbers aren't really true. She's eaten within an hour of her shot time at least three times and last evenings PM I gave an hour early and dropped it by 15% to keep it from being an increase, so this AM (even though fasting) was 4pts from 400 :roll: .

So we shall start these cycles again and see what we get :mrgreen: .

When will you be calling your vet to see if the test results are in?

Fingers crossed for your results. If you haven't heard yet, I'd call the vet. I had the Ins Res result by noon, and the other by 4:30 EST.

I've had family as a welcome distraction this whole week so tomorrow morning I will be calling in and checking what results might have come in this week on my way to work.

Hey, Heather, it's June (6), not May (5)! You keep putting the month as 5. Is time getting away from you?

Really I just put in Sneakers and redo the date in the drop box :lol:

But yes, these last few weeks I've had my head elsewhere. This morning I tested Sneakers and gave her food but somehow forgot to give her the shot :oops: and she was obviously waiting for it all morning long . I was at work by the time I realized what I'd done. If Sneakers lives it will be a miracle I think not because of addle minded me.
 
Been there done that - this morning, in fact. But my excuse is changing routines. I can't give him his kibble treats anymore so I decide to syringe (bottle) feed him. Got all done with the cleaned him up, let him go and cleaned up the kitchen. Came back to check that the table was clean and there was the syringe.... :roll:
 
Thanks for helping me not feel like a dolt.

Called too late at the vets, they close at 12 noon, not 2 like I thought. Oh, well. I'll get them Monday.
