Smokey 5/29 (AM 299), (+4 190), (+9 320), (PM 472)

Today is making me nervous! Last time Smokey's AM was 299, he dropped down to 38 in the evening. Seeing that his +4 is 190, I'm getting nervous that this will keep dropping as his PMPS is usually his lowest of the day. We are still holding strong at 1.75!

I hope Smokey doesn't scare you with his numbers today. But remember that last time he was on a much higher dose when he dropped to 38 at PMPS.
We will cross all fingers and paws that today will be very pretty and not scary at all.

Morning....maybe getting more spot checks during the day cycle will let you know where he's going w/this. Michelle/Mannie and Marjorie/Gracie will give small amounts of food (LC, MC and HC) to help guide their kitties numbers down. Just a thought.....my kitty drops early so I don't have to worry what her numbers do at the end of her cycle...but Michelle and Majorie seemed to have mastered this technique.

Hi Denne,
As CD said, that 38 was on a higher dose. I'd just keep up with the spot checks and feed a little food if you see the numbers dropping. I don't think you're going to see a 38 but if you do you know there are are people here to help and you basically know what to do! You just give HC and test 30 minutes later and you DO NOT SHOOT! (I know I crack you up but I had to say that) If you don't see the numbers rising from the hc you add Karo. That is just in case. But you printed out the hypo instructions last time and you had no trouble with Smokey eating up. The key is not to get nervous and just do what ya' gotta do.

I hope you don't gotta' do it but as I said, you know what to do and there are always peeps here to help you!

I was expecting such a dip and I got the complete opposite tonight. Not sure why, gave a great shot this morning and with the exception of his fur shot a few days ago, he had been doing so good.
