Skipping doses, need adjusted dosing advice

Hi Meaghann…...as I said on FB, I think the best thing to do is try going down to .5 or .75 and see if you can get 2 shots per day in.
It's obvious by those 300's he needs insulin, but it looks like 1U is too much. Do you have syringes that have half unit markings?
It'll also help (If you can) to start getting at least 1 mid-cycle test on the AM cycle and at least a "before bed" test on the PM cycle.....Most cats go lower at night, so especially if you can't get tests during the AM cycle, it's really important to always get at least 1 on the PM cycle (more if you can)
