I guess he's having a hard bounce after that green curve yesterday.

So from my understanding bounces aren't dangerous, but do they feel these bounces into high numbers? Fatigue, headaches, blurred vision, etc. Simon is acting pretty close to normal, but I feel bad if these constant back to back bounces are making him feel crummy

Khloe had some pretty high PS numbers when she first started seeing green. Hopefully Simon’s body will start to get used to the greens as his new normal and slowly bring it down over time.

You’re correct that bounces aren’t dangerous, but they sure are annoying! I’ve mentioned this a few times but I occasionally get low blood sugar (and the very rare high blood sugar when I don’t set the ice cream bowl down) and I can tell you that being higher makes me feel “funny” but it’s tolerable. Being low on the other hand is not a fun time. So as long as he’s acting normal, I don’t think you need to worry about him feeling too crummy💜

Thanks, that's a relief to know!

When Mister first started seeing greens he bounced a lot, then he had a period with less bouncing or shorter bounces. Now that he’s seeing higher numbers he has started bouncing more when he hits those blue/high green numbers again. I agree with Sara, a lot of times their bodies just have to get used to this “new normal” of being in lower numbers. Bounces are their defense mechanism and way of keeping themselves safe. I completely understand how you feel, I used to feel so guilty that Mister was so up and down all the time, thinking that can’t be good for him. But I’m learning that all you can do with bounces is be patient and wait for them to break/come down and Mister’s overall health and wellbeing doesn’t seem to be affected. It’s great news that this dose is showing Simon greens! Hopefully the bounce doesn’t last long so he can start adjusting to them 🥰🍃🍃🍃
