sigh...my least favorite part of running Newbie Kits

Newbie Kits has a need.
We are running low on strips again. As well as $ for the folks who require, or request free shipping.
I have sufficent rice socks (thanks you Karen and others) and toys (thank you to so many)
But strips remain an on going struggle. Matching them up to the meters I have.
So......
One Touch strips
Contour strips
Accu check strips (Please include the key for each vial)

If you want to send meters, please try to include a vial of strips.

If you want to send cash just paypal it over. Since paypal takes a cut I know there is a way to stop that from happening...but I don't know what that is....perhaps ask Venita as she once sent a donation that was not hacked into by paypal taking their cut.

This is my least favorite part of running the NK operation.....asking for contributions. But you always come thru.

We went through several different meters in the quest to find a backup one, and in trialing meters for a possible switch to a human meter in the future. We have a relion meter from WalMart with strips (not the mini but I'm blanking on the exact name at the moment) that we are not going to use. I would be happy to send this to you for newbie kits. Please let me know how to post this to you.

if you choose the "gift" designation on Paypal, they don't take a percentage of the donation.

I am very new to the Lantus forum, but Consumer Reports just did an article on the best blood glucose meters.
I don't know if it is of any interest in this thread, but I can scan the page and attempt to attach it if anyone would like the information.

It doesn't look like copying and pasting will work. I will scan it and see if I can figure out how to do an attachment....back ASAP
 
Can you give me the info on the adress I need to put in to share it? I uploaded it to Google, but it wants me to specify an adress to share it with and I am hopelessly lost
 
I tried but with no sucess. I need an adress to 'share' it with. I posted over on tech support, but if anyone knows what I need to do to get this linked...plaese let me know. It has good info, like an estimate of yearly cost with stripd included. I would be happy to share with all if I could only figure out how! :oops:
