? Should I skip AM dose or decrease dose?

So, Mufasa is back at 53 again. 6 hours after his 1.75 unit of prozinc. At 5 hours after, I checked & it was 66. Hes ate his bedtime meal around that time. Then i checked his bg an hour after. So, i poured a couple drops of syrup in his bowl. He licked it up. Depending on his AMPS, What should i do?
