It's really hard to say how Rocky is doing on this dose because you have so little mid cycle data. We need that mid cycle or nadir data to say what to do about the dose. Any chance of getting some mid cycle spot checks or doing a curve this weekend?

Lantus dosing is based on how low a dose takes your kitty's BG during the course of a 12 hour cycle. Without mid cycle testing there's no way to know if adjustments in dose, either up or down, need to be made.
