? Should I give insulin or not?

So I didnt give Sam insulin this evening and he is sitting on the counter like he is hungry. His sugar was 115 then 165 after eating and has stayed there now 4 hrs post eating. idk if I should give him insulin or not...

I fed him early at 4:30 vs my usual 5:15, usually shoot at 5:30 but skipped it tonight bc of a hypo a few days prior. Now I'm all nervous that I will undo all the progress we have made and or he will get sick/feel badly.

Nothing wrong with being cautious. He still has a depot in him so that will affect him as well. He's got some great numbers, love a blue-green spreadsheet.
