   We all know Shiloh's long term up and down appetite. With different meds, I can usually get him going again. This time I'm worried. Poor appetite for 2 days, and one vomiting episode tonight. Not real unusual for him, but he just isn't himself today. Just laying around.

I did catch him chewing on a plastic bag a few days ago. Did he swallow something? His BMs have been fine. He just got over a UTI and was gonna be rechecked on Monday. I hope I made the right decision not to take him tonight, but wait for the morning. I feel I have spent the last 5 years keeping him eating. He is my baby boy. Please, get well vibes tonight! Thanks. Donna

Re: Shiloh is sick

Come on Shi, eat for mommabean, EAT!!! NOM NOM NOM NOM! From over the Bridge, Merlyn is demanding that you eat..its too soon for you! (((((((((((((((((((((((((DONNA))))))))))))))))))))))))

Today he'll have an ultrasound and Xrays (to see if he did swallow some plastic). I left my sock with him. I kissed him and told him to be brave. I miss him already. ( PS I told him what Merlyn said !) Donna

I am so sorry Shiloh is struggling and not feeling well. Sending positive thought and purrs from my heart to her's and your's.

Late to the thread, but was hoping for an update at the bottom of it! How's Shiloh doing?? Did they find anything? Hopefully he was just being a cat, and having a few 'off' days!

Thanks for all the well wishes. Shiloh ate a bit today, and they feel he seems bettter than last night. They will do an aspirate on Saturday. This reminds me of waiting for Kaely's biopsy. I hope I can take him home tomorrow cause it's so quiet around here. A house without cats is not a home. Donna

Hi Cheryl. I can't remember if they did the pancreatitis test. I don't think so. He has had elevated levels in the past with the same symptoms. He tolerated the aspirate today and hopefully will come home tomorrow. He's eating better. We visited tonight and he washed his face for us! Donna

perhaps that is the cause of his inappetence? worth asking for a test to check I would think.

I hope he is home soon.
