Shell&Gus Plz help?!

Can anyone please help us? I'm afraid I might lose my guy??? My vet has only seen him once when she told me he was diabetic and a good candidate for Bexacat. After 3 rounds Gus went in for testing (results to be included)and she told me via text he needed to stop and switch to insulin = 2 units of lantus twice daily. I couldn't get any information about his results?? I asked 5 times the last two were in writing and rather terse. I'd spent over $1000.00 in less then a week and no one has done much???? Are these tests normal? My vet just shrugged it off. Please help because we're not doing well!? She never told me his results or discussed a program or showed me how to give shots? When I asked his levels before they relented and coughed them up....she would only say we want zero ketones...the test show 6.1????

Did you mean to attach some results? To do that you copy and paste them.
Are you home testing the blood glucose. If not, please do. get a ReliOn premier meter from Walmart.
