Shadow- dosing question

Hi,
We're up to 2units twice a day. As you can see, numbers are still high. Suggestions on dosing? We are at 4 cycles on the 2 units... go up to 2.5 or 3 units tonight?

Is it possible to get a +6 BG number today?

I'll ask some people to come over to advise on the dose.
