I am retired and have no consistancy in my life. My husband has an incurable form of Leukemia, however his numbers are strong and he is doing fairly well. Anyhow, this means that I have no really consistent time to administer this drug. I've tentatively chosen 10:45 ish, because I'm usually home, and husband seems to not make doctor appointments at the time. But if I'm not there at that time for whatever reason - doctor's appointment for me, emergency treatment for husband or a zillion other demands, what do I do? I am still not finding any clear directions. Can I dose 20 minutes early or late if I need to? Or do I skip a dose. What happens if my life turns upside down like it has almost every month for the past 18 months. Is there a way to safely change to a new time? My vet is not really good about listening and talking at times. Any advice for someone about to take this giant step? Thanks for being there.
