Seeing Greens - MPM Continues

Thanks for checking in! You popped into my mind yesterday— I was thinking I needed to check in with you — and then I saw your message. :)

She IS doing really well. I am happy to see all this green! We really should know what her nadir is though. We don’t really know. I have a feeling it’s good. Is there anyone ever home with her during the day who could get a test?

Everything looks good from what we can see, but why did you reduce the dose from .5 to .25? I don’t see that she went under 50. I suppose with her being alone so much during the day (I am assuming) it was a good idea. She is doing great now, and I would not change a thing (except getting some +6 tests or running a curve from time to time.) Of course, if she goes below 50, she would earn a reduction to .10 units.

Another way to earn a reduction is by documenting two weeks in normal (pretty much green) numbers.

I bet you make sure to keep all glitter or glittered objects away from her now! I am going to remember that one! Just so far this morning I have had a cat trying to eat packaging tape off of a box and another one eating plastic from a fork/knife that’s sealed in plastic— which was left on the kitchen counter:( from a Chick Fil-A bag. Miss Scarlett was proudly carrying it around in her mouth. It’s like having toddlers around the house…
