Sanity check on spreadsheet w/ carb % calculation

I created a spreadsheet that calculates the carb as a % of calories with a goal to be below 10% to use while food shopping. The calculated percentage will turn red if the end result is above 10%, and will stay green if under 10%. I am revisiting it after a hiatus, and want to be sure it is calculating correctly and that I'm using the correct numbers.

I am using the As-Fed and Dry Matter basis numbers for the 'Checkmate' food, under the Chicken Cans category as a test.

For the Checkmate dry matter basis numbers, I am coming up with carbs at 6.5%. However, when I use the As Fed values, the carbs come out to 3.2%. Two questions:
- Are either of these values accurate in terms of the resulting carb %?
- Should the resulting carb % be the same from dry matter basis and as fed, even though they're coming out different?

Just FYI, Weruva actually provides the Metabolize Energy (ME) Profile which is the info you want, so no calculations are needed with their foods. It is in the first section of the nutrition info that is accessed using the link you provided. Checkmate is 31.3% protein, 63.7% fat (yikes, this food needs more protein and less fat!) and 5% carbs.

Ah, I didn't even realize that's what those numbers were! My spreadsheet calculations are coming out with different numbers, which is sort of a bummer, as I was hoping to be able to use it on the foods that aren't in Dr. Pierson's spreadsheet. I created it to specifically run this food because this is what I am feeding Lucy I have tried every single other high protein, low carb food without success in reducing her numbers. I didn't realize the fat was so high in this one. Argh!!
