Kristen if you are still reading, I peeked at your SS and your looks like possible liver training to me (drops aren't alarmingly steep, and no scary low #s, so doesn't look like real rebound). The quickest solution I know of to liver training is to shoot down the high #s with more insulin (bigger BID dose, or go TID or +10 shots if you are inclined). The more hours per day you can keep them in the good #s, the faster their liver will chill out. You have to be light on your feet though as the dose can come down quickly once their liver settles down, so you have to be ready to reduce the dose in small increments when the #s prove themselves.
Real rebound, in contrast (like what I think Sue may be seeing), requires a lower dose, and once the actual danger of too much insulin is removed, the rebound will go away (if that's what it is) and the #s will come down on their own (which they will never do in liver training). Of course if Sue's is a mix of the 2, that could be why it is so tough to deal with.
