Oh wow, that be one steep drop  Was that off a 2.6, or you went with 2.75 since the PS was hi? If that was off of a 2.6 I would probably go down to 2.4. If it was off a 2.75, I would probably go with 2.6 even on higher PSs. You can always bump the dose back up a bit if you lose the good #s. I'm just worried the steep drops are triggering some bounce and adding to the higher PSs. I do think the good #s are good though, no doubt about that, and it's got to be good for his body to spend some time in good #s. On the one hand, these are the first good #s you've seen very consistently, and it's pretty cool to have a good nadir 3 days in a row, woohoo!!! On the other hand, those drops are mega-steep, and that can make them feel funky, and can set up some roller-coaster stuff that can be hard to get out of.

That was a 2.75U. I was going to do 2.6 but figured with the high reading I'd go back up. I think I will drop it tonight to 2.6 and see what that does.

interesting turn of events for sam huh? i think he likes this dose but is unable to regulate himself as of yet with the sudden greens.
don't go too far down the scale as it was only 1.50 that was getting you nowhere.
I know his drops are dramatic but I have to say I like finally seeing something actually getting him somewhere. so I'm still happy :-D

Dramatic drops, yes, but getting him into the greens could mean a chance for his pancreas to do some healing, right? It's so nice to see him finally get some good numbers.

Your green nadirs are lovely. I agree with Joanna that you could back off just a hair and maybe even things out. Or maybe he will just take a while to get used to the lower numbers and then quit bouncing.
