With two extractions, and one of them will be complicated. Hence, the low end of the estimate the vet gave is $892.
Jennifer adopted Sammy/Sweet Potato/Spuds/Sweets (and all other sort of endearing names) on May 29. He had been surrendered to a shelter in Raleigh, NC, and was to be destroyed simply because he was diabetic. A local group, Marley's Cat Tales, rescued him and worked with DCIN to treat his diabetes and find him a home.
If you can help DCIN fund Spuds' dental, you can find donation instructions through the link in my signature line. Or you can go to his Blog page for a Chip-In link. It is true that many small donations make our goal. Even $5 will help get us where we need to go.
And if you can't contribute, please send healing thoughts for Sweets to have an unremarkable dental and come back to his new home with a perfect smile.
