hi could you look at my spreadsheet and see if i gave to much insulin at 4.25 or if it was a good dose. i did drop back to 3.75 to see if it would bring her numbers down as you can see on my sheet. any advice would help......
 
I'm not familiar with these conversions for the BG. You should post on the Lantus forum I'm sure you would get support over there.
 
Definitely head over to the lantus tight regulation forum and ask the experienced dosing members there.

In your post, ask the question but also let them know what meter you are using, what insulin you are on, and what food you give so they have all the data..

If anything I think you may need to increase the dose but let's see what they say.
