S. boulardii? Brand? Thoughts?

I've been reading about this stuff and wanted to give it a try for Morton. He has some pretty bad bouts of nausea and not eating and sometimes will have diarrhea but I've gotten that helped with rx Clay. But I've been hearing about s boulardii plus MOS? can someone explain this better? And the brand? I'm so new to this. I bought some colostrum type stuff for him as well I havent started yet. Trying to mainly get his gut under control and his random flares of not wanting to eat or move. Bone broth has really helped him the last two days but I need something a little stronger

I've used S. boulardii. The brand I use is ReNew. Others have used Floarastar. They are both available on Amazon. It's a specific type of probiotic that is very good for diarrhea.

I'm not sure what MOS is. By any chance to you mean SEB (slippery elm bark)?
