Is it normal for a 1/2 siamese cat to have runny eyes all of the time? Clear liquid, no puss or anything. I tried to search on google using siamese cat health but was unable to answer my question.

My foster has watery eyes, the vet keeps adding more and more meds for me to use. Nothing is making them stop. He's also on Orbax, and AB, the third one so far to treat his bronchitis. I believe this one is finally working, but his eyes are still watering.

I have tried the drops and gel meds, and his are still watering too. :?:
Guess I need to put a call into the vet. He has never been to one except for TNR and shots.

Unfortunately when it comes to the eyes...the vet is the way to go. I do hope they can get it treated. Could be allergies or something. Hope it is an easy fix!

My civie, Minou, frequently has runny eyes. The vet finally decided it is from allergies and she now gets chlorpheniramine in the spring and fall. Benadryl can also be used for allergies. But, your vet needs to make that determination.

My vet thinks Emme may have a partially blocked tear duct. Since it bothers us more than it bothers her, we've just let it run.
