I wouldn't yet. There's a good chance this is a "bounce"--always possible after going lower that he's used to (pretty blue yesterday). Give it a day or so and see if settles back down. A bounce doesn't mean you messed up--it's a natural reaction of the body. It thinks it's going too low (even if it's not really low) and dumps a bunch of sugar into the body to keep from hypo. Cats bounce. Some bounce more than others. After a while, their body gets used to lower numbers, and hopefully they stop. After almost 2 years, Cassie still bounces sometimes.
