Ooh! You got a blue yesterday!
Nice!

More, please! :smile:

Like'n the BLUE dancing_cat cat_pet_icon

Seems like the 0.75 and a treat after tests is doing good.
Her appetite at breakfast & supper is RAVENOUS !!!!!

Wish the peeeing would slow down......like I mentioned in a post one other day....my trash bags weigh a ton and I am going through litter like crazy. The cashiers at my local supermarket must think I eat the stuff or something. :roll: Good thing the brand I use is on sale until the end of June ... YAY !!!!

To save me from having to scrub litter boxes every day....with all this peeing going on....I cut 30 gallon heavy duty trash bags in half and lined the litter boxes with them. I can still scoop and they don't claw through them too much. Change out the 'liners' when they start to get holes in them. It has been working very well. :smile:

Do you have or can you borrow a baby scale to check her weight? Doing that about weekly will help you monitor her weight for fluctuations.

I weighed myself & then held her for another weight. She still weighs 12 pounds. The amount of FF she eats she should weigh 20 pounds :lol:

What type litter are you using? I use Tidy Cat - Pure Natural. Sort of the texture of sawdust. Big benefit is that it makes the trash bags lighter :lol: Nothing worse than a bag o' poo that tears while you're carrying it!

AMPS = 348 @ 8:15AM

Ate at least 2 cans FF for breakfast
Shot 0.75 units @ 8:30AM

285 @ 12:30PM (+4) Ate 2 tsp FF as treat after test

I use heavy-duty 30 gallon bags and only fill them 1/3 of the way with all this litter. I put out 4 of them a week and have to slap on a $3.50 extra bag sticker because I am over the 3-bag limit for trash pick-up and I already pay a quarterly-fee for trash/recycling. :sad: I used to only put out 2 of the tall-kitchen trash bags a week! Hardly any 'food' trash in those 30 gallons......all litter :roll: :roll:

I use Tidy Cats Scoop For Multiple Cats 24/7 Performance. I don't recall seeing 'Pure Natural'. Since I will have to buy more litter tomorrow :roll: I will see if they have it and if it is on sale.

There is another brand that I like (can't remember the name right now...DUHHHH) but it is very dusty when you pour it. It does have a nice 'fragrance' for humans. :lol: I must have litter that clumps real HARD.

[quote="misty1477.... She still weighs 12 pounds. The amount of FF she eats she should weigh 20 pounds :lol:[/quote]

Grayson DOES weigh 20# and he still gets to eat all he needs! Okay, part of that is the Acromegaly (Giants Disease), but part of the ravenousness is the hunger when his BGs are up. When he's blue or green, or even low yellows, food can sit on the plate. Show me a pink and he's ripping my arm off to get to the can. When the body is not benefitting from the nutrients in the food, it demands more. Same when my dog Murphy had the Maldigestion / Malabsorption... the endocrine system really toys with the use of food. Murphy would eat TONS of food, poop constantly. No time for the body to even process it. She took a pancreatic enzyme (Pancreazyme) mixed with her food and water 15 min before meal time, and things turned around for her. But before we got to that point, she had dropped from 34 to 26 pounds.

A lot of this dance is trial and error. Those of us with Acro kitties have learned when they need food, they need food. It's not them being a pig, it's that they need the nutrients. That RT is not gaining weight (or losing weight, for that matter) is a good indication that she needs what you're feeding her. Just be glad she doesn't have opposable thumbs... or you'd come home to find empty cans everywhere! :lol:

The Pure Natural does clump well. It comes in a 7 or 12 lb bag that is mostly purple and yellow. It is ceder/corn/pine based rather than clay.

PMPS = 250 @ 7:00PM

Feeding FF after PMPS. Numbers are in the 300 (20% range thing).....think 0.75 units okay for shot. Gotta feed them first....rady to open cans by themselves!!!
