You need 14 days with numbers between 50 - 130 mg/dL to really be sure the cat is OTJ.

With what RumpleT is doing, I might extend that a week.

Will do.

She "likes" being tested so much...she will keep bugging me for daily tests for months even after she does become OTJ anyway. Silly RumpelT.

I wish Skipper did. He growls at me now. i had never even heard him growl before!

Low carb treats helped with Gracie. I used the Stella and Chewey's freeze dried as a treat. And everyone, civvies and the diabetic, gave it a hearty wolfing down when I re-hydrated and added it to Christmaas day meals.

I'm giving him some dried tuna or tuna and mackerel. He likes them but still gets made about the testing.his right ear has a purple circle that looks like it might be sore...

Right after you get the droplet, apply direct pressure to the hole for a minute or two. This may help reduce bruising.

Okay, I'll try that. THanks!

Rae Ann....try putting soem Neosporin with pain on Skipper's ear ... gently rub it on & wipe off any excess. Sometimes RumpelT's ear looks a little bruised....it looks 100% better by the next day when I apply that.
