OMG poor baby, i wish i was in the same country i would foster him, i hope someone on here will step up and foster or home him, i have a long term foster diabetic and its wonderful to know she is safe and being treated as opposed to drifting away in a cattery

Rilla PMd me about helping Richard financially. I would respond to you Rilla, but you have PMs disabled.

To let all know, the problem isn't money (or not primarily money). It is a shelter time & staffing problem. Jennifer (Tucker's Mom) is Richard's DCIN case manager, and is asking the shelter manager to start him on insulin, even if it can only be one shot/day.

But the better answer is finding him a foster or furever home ASAP. If we can't do that, euthanasia might be the kind thing for Poor Richard.

I would love to help Richard. My sweet diabetic cat is going to pass any day any hour now. But I have another very
aggressive healthy male cat. And I live on the other side of the country- Oregon. Praying that there will be another voice who
can help Richard. He is precious.
