Hello everyone.
Tiki has been OTJ since last April but it appears we are heading back as his BG numbers have been increasing over the last couple of months. We went to the vet today who had suggested that perhaps our normal diet of Fancy Feast isn't enough to keep his numbers down and suggested feeding him the prescription DM. Given that many on the FDMB's have not had good things to say about this food I thought I should do some research online and instead found some great videos (which were even helpful to me and I've been there and already done all that) regarding FD. Thought I'd share the link for the newbies who are overwhelmed with everything. The videos do a great job of explaining the medical side of FD as well as what life is like living with a cat with FD.
Hope this helps! Click the links on the left side of the page and each video will play (you don't have to buy it).
