Rest in peace my precious Casper

Casper continued to deteriorate until he finally gave up. Several years ago a very wise person on this website said I would know when he was ready to rest, and when the time came it was true. He sat in my lap last night and purred and purrred, and I knew he was saying goodbye.

Thank you so much for the help, encouragement, prayers,and support over the years.

I'm so very very sorry. I hope you can find comfort in knowing you gave him your very best and in knowing that he knew how much you love him.
 
Lori, my most heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your precious Casper. You did all you could for him and I know, as many here do, how very much you will miss him and my heart goes out to you.

Your memories of Casper will be the bandaid for your broken heart. Remember him often and with joy for having had that precious soul in your life and all that he brought to it.
