Word to those who think ahead. I just read on a canine diabetes site that the cost of Walmart's Relion syringes are increasing/have increased from $12.58 to $18.70. True or not true, I can't say, but I plan to call today and if they haven't yet increased here order a few cases of syringes. Or it may be time to seek other sources for syringes.

How's that compare with shopping partner American Diabetes Wholesale prices for, say, Terumo syringes (which I've seen get decent reviews for consistent markings)?

{I use the ReliOn, myself, just cause I don't buy ahead much.)

I used to use ReliOn and they were the same price for years and years.
I recently changed over to Terumo, as their markings are a little bit less variable. I get them for about $13 per 100 through ADW.

Do we still have a link to ADW through this FDMB we site? If not, we should. A lot of people buy through them.

I use the Terumo Thinpro syringes from ADW. I believe they are around $17 - I usually pay $20 by the time you add shipping.

Oh, wow! I totally missed this post. I thought $29.95 was a decent price for 100 syringes, but $13 is MUCH better. Dang, that's cheap.

I just bought 2 boxes at Walmart for $12.58, so the price is still the same here.

Same here: I bought them this Saturday and no price increase for us (yet).

Just bought another box of syringes. Still no shortage where I'm at and the price is still $12.58. Maybe it's because I use the 1/2" ones?

I got mine at Target for $11.99 for months & they jumped to $26.99. I brought in the Walmart pricing sheet of $12.58 and they price matched. Fingers crossed they do it again next month! All of my pets meds have gone up in the past month or so.

I just bought the Terumo Thinpro syringes from American Diabetes Wholesale for $13.09 with free shipping. I like these a whole lot better than the Relion syringes.

Also, the links to Amazon and ADW or any of the other FDMB sponsors from this forum do not seem to work for me. I have never been able to use them.
