? ReliOn prime memory glitch

Has anyone else had an issue with ReliOn prime not recording test results in its memory?
We have noticed that we are missing a few test results that I KNOW were done.
Time for a new meter again?

Have you tried a new battery first?

I haven't yet. I thought it had a low battery indicator but I could just switch the battery to see if that helps.

If it keeps happening, you could call the company.....they'd probably send you a new one for free
