Hi all,
We were having inconsistencies with the AlphaTrak3 glucose meter and just switched to the ReliOn Priemier based on the great reviews from the community here. We are finding that the sample size (.5micro) is a little too much for our wiggly guy and it's not going well- lots of error messages that there's not enough blood in the strip. I learned that the ReliOn Micro or the ReliOn Confirm require a smaller sample size (.3micro) but unfortunately Walmart just discontinued both lines.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a meter that requires a sample size in the .3 micro range? Or one that generally requires less blood than the ReliOn Premiere? The gal at Walmart checked all current ReliOn offerings and they are all .5micro sample sizes :/ so we may need to venture out of this specific brand.
Thank you!
